Karan Johar took to his Twitter handle to make a big announcement. He revealed about a series that will celebrate 75 years of Independence.
For the same, Karan Johar has teamed with other filmmakers like Rajkumar Santoshi, DInesh Vijan and Mahaveer Jain. He even tagged Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi in the tweet. On Twitter, he wrote, "Happy to announce our first Epic series of #ChangeWithin initiatives to celebrate 75 years of Independence. Friends from the creative fraternity Rajkumar Santoshi, Dinesh Vijan & Mahaveer Jain come together to tell incredible stories of our FREEDOM @narendramodi ji." Last, Karan Johar made it to the headlines as he received a summon from the Narcotics Control Bureau over the 2019 viral video. Reportedly, he was asked to submit a reply by December 18 by NCB. He was reportedly sent a summon under 67(B) of the NDPS Act which does not require physical presence. Reportedly, he has sent his reply and stated that no drugs were used at his party.
